Warranty
AmpliVisionS warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform in accordance with the applicable product specifications. The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of shipment.
The warranty does not cover products that have been misused, damaged, altered, or disassembled without authorization, or products damaged through accident, negligence, or improper use.
For products repaired by AmpliVisionS, the repair is covered for ninety (90) days from the repair shipment date. If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement is covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer.
For warranty returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product to AmpliVisionS, while AmpliVisionS covers the return shipping. If a returned product is found to meet specifications, to be non-defective, or to fall outside the scope of the warranty, applicable inspection, testing, and shipping charges may be billed to the buyer.
