The AVBR0510H50 is a 100W high gain Solid State Broadband High Power Amplifier. This amplifier module utilizes the latest high power RF LDMOS transistors and also features built in control and monitoring, with protection functions to ensure high availability.

It combines low spurious emissions, high gaingood gain flatness, and solid efficiency, delivering stable and consistent RF performance for applications such as radar, electronic warfare, communications, and test and measurement.

With a working range of 500–1000 MHz and a compact, lightweight design (150 × 90 × 25 mm, 0.6 kg), it fits well in airbornevehicle-mounted, and lab systems, and can be integrated into portable or multi-channel setups, helping reduce space and cooling needs.

For users who need steady long-term performance, high availability, and good EMC behavior, the AVBR0510H50 is a practical and dependable choice.

More Power, More Interference?

Is higher power always better for interference? In modern electronic interference systems, this is no longer the case. Advanced detection and localization technologies allow interference signals to be easily detected and characterized. Spurious emissions and phase noise make high-power signals with poor spectral purity easier to identify—and counter.
